Childress Cares AFC Homes LLC
Compassionate Care, Dignified Living – Where Everyone Thrives
About Childress Cares AFC Homes LLC
Founded in 2026 by Shantoy Childress, Childress Cares AFC Homes LLC is built on a lifetime commitment to service and compassion. Shantoy’s journey began in 2017 when she founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the homeless—distributing food and blankets, adopting families for Christmas, and hosting community events for children. That deep-rooted passion for helping others naturally evolved into opening an adult foster care home where she could serve seniors and mentally disabled individuals on a more personal, meaningful level of care.
We are committed to providing safe, nurturing homes for seniors and mentally disabled individuals who face challenges related to medical conditions, unstable housing, disabilities, and mental health struggles. Our home-like environment is filled with compassion and professionalism, where residents age with dignity and respect. Supported by professional staff trained to provide personalized attention, each person in our care thrives physically, emotionally, and socially. At Childress Cares, we do not just provide housing—we provide family, structure, and the exceptional care that transforms lives.
